It starts with a foundation of wellness, so let's talk about how to go to sleep and stay asleep. I've had some serious trouble sleeping lately, so I've had to take my own advice and revisit the Super Sleep Series.
Even though I know the techniques, I sometimes need a reminder, so I thought we'd take a break from the "Be and Breathe," series and concentrate on how to prioritize sleep. In fact, the two go hand in hand, and the Super Sleep Series will culminate with a breathing technique designed to facilitate sleep, so stay tuned.
