It starts with a foundation of wellness, so let's talk about three ways to avoid self-sabotage and enjoy super sleep. I've had some serious trouble sleeping lately, so I've had to take my own advice and revisit the Super Sleep Series.
Even though I know the techniques, I sometimes need a reminder, so I thought we'd take a break from the "Be and Breathe," series and concentrate on how to prioritize sleep. In fact, the two go hand in hand, and the Super Sleep Series will culminate with a breathing technique designed to facilitate sleep, so stay tuned.
