Sleep is important. A good night's sleep improves concentration, mood, and internal dialogue. Since I’ve developed a bedtime/wind-down routine, it genuinely feels like it’s changed my life.
Of course, there are nights where things don’t go as planned and the routine won’t always be perfect. But I think by following these steps, you can change your life.
